For businesses, that is your business name, business type, contact name, email, phone, website or social handle, and anything you write in the notes field.

How we use it

• To email you launch news, event invitations, and member perks.
• To review business applications and follow up about joining the collective.
• To understand which wellness interests our community cares about most.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your email address with partner businesses. Partner businesses promote to their own audiences; they never receive our subscriber list.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Only collective administrators can view them.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us or using the contact details on our updates page.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies required for the site and admin sign-in to function.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the revision date above.
